Shipping policy

Shipments are dispatched in two batches daily Monday to Friday.

All orders placed between 5pm and 10am will be dispatched at 11am.

All orders placed between 10am and 5pm will be dispatched at 6pm.

We will contact you when you are the next delivery to be made to confirm location and availability, location changes within reason will not affect the order being delivered in the same estimate time frame.

Any delays or changes in schedule necessary due to mitigating circumstances, such as an accident or vehicle trouble, will be communicated as quickly as possible.

If the order is delivered but not able to be completed (handed off/received) due to the client the delivery fee is still applicable and due.
